At My Learning Cloud, our mission is to provide a truly blended approach to Learning and Development through our in-house built software, that empowers health and social care providers with user-centric learning. We were born out of a passion for delivering excellent and innovative learning solutions for the Health and Social Care Sector. Our vision is to support organisations with a blended learning approach, maximising their ability to assist all staff in becoming competent and confident in areas necessary for their role.

Our experience within the Health and Social Care sector inspired the creation of our Learning Environment which would break the mould and revolutionise training in the industry with engaging, informative and interactive learning.

As an endorsed Skills for Care Learning Provider and as a recognised Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, we supported over 5,000 individual learners across 400 organisations with their COVID-19 Funded Rapid Induction Training, during the peak of the pandemic. This resulted in a total of 69,300 e-Learning course completions leading to 63,008 hours of Learning and Development delivered through our Learning Environment.

We are solely focused on the Health and Social Care Sector, our amazing 120+ CPD accredited e-Learning courses are inclusive and relatable by all organisations within the industry. In 2020 alone, we supported industry learners to complete more than 1.5million e-Learning courses using our Learning Environment and over 250,000 completed workshops with our management tools.

We are constantly working to create new and innovative ways of learning in line with the ever-changing needs and requirements of organisations within the Health and Social Care Sector. We currently support over 719 customers including franchisees within all areas of the industry, from Housing Associations to Care in the community, Eating Disorder services to Fertility Clinics, and we’re growing every day.
